Mick Jagger And Martin Scorsese Team Up Again

Martin Scorsese and Mick Jagger
Coming off of the success of Boardwalk Empire, Marty Scorsese has plans to bring another show to light on HBO.  This time he will be working with Mick Jagger.  They both worked together on 2008 Rolling Stones documentary "Shine A Light".
The new project (which would have them both on as producing and more than likely Scorsese in the Director's chair for at least the pilot episode) " chronicles the late-1970s music world through the eyes of a drug-addled record executive, as rock, disco and the burgeoning hip-hop scene began to change the landscape of the industry – seemingly ready to embrace the encroaching ‘80s"
You can also add Terence Winter to the Producers list as he has also been announced as another producer for the show.  Terence Winter and Marty Scorsese both produce Boardwalk Empire which you can see every Sunday night on HBO at 9pm.

Goodbye To The Boys of Hollywood

The Cast Of Entourage
On Sunday at 10:30 PM we say goodbye to the guys of Entourage as the Series Finale will be airing.  Check out the trailer for the last show of this great series.  After eight seasons, we will finally see where the end of the road is for Vince and the boys.  Hopefully, the writers of this show don't take after the series finale of shows such as Seinfeld that failed to deliver on their last show.
It is being rumored right now that a movie spin off is being talked about being made.  So maybe this won't be the end of the road for the guys.  We will have to wait and see! Entourage airs Sunday Nights at 10:30 PM only on HBO.

WEEKLY PREVIEW: True Blood S8 E6 "I Wish I Was The Moon"

True Blood airs 9PM Sundays on HBO

True Blood is doing a really good job this season.  They really disapointed me at the end of last season and I vowed that if this season wasn't that good; I was done.  However to my delightment, it has been really good and even possiably the best season so far!  So kudos to Alan Ball (creator of True Blood).
After last week's episode who knows what is going to happen to the characters from Bon Tempt. What's going to happen to Sam's brother?  Has Bill finally had it with Eric?  Is Darlene's baby really possessed by her now dead ex husband?  Is Sookie going to be annoying as ever?  Well, the later we can almost gurantee.
Check out the synopsis and preview of the new episode entitled "I Wish I Was The Moon". True Blood airs every Sunday night at 9PM only on HBO.

True Blood S4 E6 "I Wish I Was The Moon" Synopsis-
"Under a full moon, Sookie heads out to look for Jason. Arlene and Terry have to deal with a suspicious out-of-control fire. Marnie establishes a rapport with past spirits. Alcide considers Debbie's urging to join a new werewolf community. Sam and Tommy trade places. Lafayette is making headway in Mexico. Eric gives in to his King's wishes."

WEEKLY PREVIEW: Curb Your Enthusiasm S8 E4 "The Smiley Face"

Curb Your Enthusiasm airs Sundays 10PM on HBO
"Curb Your Enthusiasm" has been on a roll this season.  LD is funnier than ever this season and I can't wait to see when he finally gets to NYC.
After a new season of Curb airs LD is always stating that he is done with the show; however he always winds up coming back to do another season.  This year is a little different.
HBO is reporting that this years season of Curb Your Enthusiasm has the highest amount of viewers in the history of the show!
Whether it's the lead-in from True Blood or just because this season has viewers crying from laughter, we can only hope for an additional season.  Here is this weeks synopsis and trailer:

VIDEO: Boardwalk Empire is BACK!

Boardwalk Empire is coming back!!!! The Season 2 premiere of the HBO original series is set to air sometime in September.  My guess is it will take True Blood's spot at the end of their season.  God I can't wait for this series to come back on the air.  This is probably one of if not the best series on television (and no that isn't because I'm from AC).  Check out the trailer below and get psyched! I know I am.

The King Is Back!

THE KING IS BACK!  No... not Elvis... but the King of Mississippi... Russell Edgington.  If you are a fan of True Blood then this is some great news.  According to Dennis O'Hare (who play Russell Edgington in Season 3) we will see a return from the king in Season 5.  Could this possiably mean that we will see a surprise appearance of Russell by the end of Season 4?  We will have to wait and see.  True Blood airs sunday nights at 9pm on HBO.
